It's a very good hotel. Clean, friendly staff, well equipped.

I found the breakfast buffet a bit poor. Perhaps to eastern, not many cereals, no fresh orange juice.

Large, clean room, good bed, free internet, good selection of tv-channels. It was quiet. The food was international and very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice park (small zoo) right outside. Nice for an afternoon walk. Really nice pool, but the water was too cold at this time (spring)

Position. It is far from the tourist areas.

I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff were cheerful and attentive. The swimming pool was beautiful and the breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice staff, great location, and because we had 2 rooms the hotel staff was able to open the connection doors between the to rooms so that it was like a 2 room apartement!

I loved the hotel's central location and easy access to the shopping mall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Staying at this hotel is a must to discover the city! Located in the heart of the town, tourists can easily reach many popular destinations. Plus, it’s just a jump away from the lake that is a great spot for relaxation. Rooms are beautifully designed with nice views. Bathrooms are well fitted and equipped with amenities. Staffs are helpful in assisting any requests and breakfast offers various choices ranging from local cuisine to international.

The gym could use some updating to cater to all workout preferences.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Stained carpets, musty smells, and worn-out amenities make for an unpleasant stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Kevin Dzung who went out of his way to fulfill our luxurious needs. The Spa & Wellness Centre was top-notch, clean and relaxing. The swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi were the perfect places to unwind and enjoy some alone time. Additionally, the Bar/ Lounge area offered refreshing drinks and snacks. The exclusive amenities such as the body scrub and massage were beyond our expectations.

There was only one minor issue during our stay, which was the lack of beach umbrellas at the pool area. However, this was easily resolved as the staff provided us with towels and waved a cabana boy to assist us.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation.

The gym equipment was outdated and in need of improvement. The breakfast selection was limited, and the space could become overcrowded during peak hours.
